L’Aljub Shopping Center began its operations on August 12, 2003, the day this large area of over 60,000 m2, distributed over two floors and featuring a spacious underground parking lot, was inaugurated. Its privileged location in the city of Elche makes it a strategic hub, with important nearby population centers. The scope of activity is:

The Management, convinced that establishing and developing a Management System is essential to ensure the organization’s success, commits to establishing and developing said System based on ISO 9001, the Co-responsible Company Standard, and the Q Tourist Technical Specification for shopping centers. Our philosophy is based on service excellence and customer satisfaction.
The general guidelines of the integrated management system policy are as follows:
- Maintain a commitment to continuous improvement in the effectiveness of the Management System for the services provided.
- Ensure the satisfaction of our customers and stakeholders, committing to understanding current and future customer needs, meeting their requirements, and striving to exceed the expectations of all stakeholders. We take into account the opinions of our visitors to implement them as improvement measures.
- Comply with our customers’ requirements, as well as all legal and other applicable requirements for this organization.
- Improve staff qualifications through continuous training, and motivate them to increase their involvement in the implemented quality management system.
- Maintain our commitment to sustainability, as well as its accessibility.
- Comply with the Sustainable Development Goals through our Destination 2030 sustainability project.
As quality management is the responsibility of all members of the organization, the Management commits to and ensures that this Quality Policy is understood and accepted by the staff of C.C. L’Aljub.
